The 24th post in the Book Blogger Q&A series features Savannah from Books with Bite.

Books with BiteHow long have you been a blogger?

I will have been blogging for a year on June 17th.

Approximately, how many books do you read every year?

Well, last year, I read 164, this year I have already surpassed that. So far I’ve read 193 books. I know, it’s a lot. What can I say? I love to read!

What were your favourite books as a child?

Hmm, I read pretty much the genre I read now just a bit older. I read a lot of paranormal. Like Goosebumps and Animorphs. I also read contemporary like Sweet Valley High, The Babysitters Club.

What are you reading at the moment?

I am reading Breathing by Cheryl Herbsman and The Hunted of 2060 by Ami Blackwelder.

If you had to pick one, what’s the best book you’ve read in the last twelve months?

Oh no, this is a hard one! Ummmm, if I had to pick one it would be Timeless by Alexander Monir. I am a romantic at heart.

Who are you three favourite authors?

Jeaniene Frost, Patricia Briggs, and Rachel Vincent

Which book has had the greatest impact on your life?

I know this may sound biased, but the Bible. It’s something I read and it can change how I am feeling in a instant.

Which books are you most eagerly anticipating?

Tris and Izzie is one book I am dying to read!

If you had to invite some book characters round for dinner, who would you choose and why?

LOL, I would chose Bones and Vlad from the Night Huntress series. I have a feeling those two would make me laugh so hard.

What advice would you give to new bloggers?

To keep blogging and reading cause you love it. Don’t get overwhelmed. Blogging is fun!

  1. Savvy, love you too! I love that you chose the Bible as the book that influenced you the most. I have great respect and admiration for the faith that you bring to the table, it’s an inspiration.
